Counseling

My approach

I have a strong foundation in systems theory, and view all individuals in the context of the family and community systems they are a part of.

I combine practical strategies with mindfulness practices to create a balanced approach to healing. My approach is eclectic, creative, and intuitive and I value connection, clear communication, and understanding in my relationships with clients.

I value education and skill building and support clients to access the resources and learn the skills they need to become increasingly more resilient and self-reliant on their path of healing and personal growth.

What you can expect

We’ll work together to understand your life experience and care for the thoughts and emotions that are unique to you. I’ll honor what is alive for you in each session and help you attend to your challenges in a gentle and focused way.

I’ll support you to build self awareness, gain new insight, repair and maintain your relationships, and connect to your own wisdom and clarity about the best path forward in your life.

Who I work with

I specialize in working with adults (ages 18 and older) who suffer from symptoms of ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, or who are navigating a difficult life transition. I especially enjoy working with clients who are curious about the healing process and enjoy learning about themselves. I welcome those who identify as LGBTQIA+.

How I work

I currently offer individual counseling both virtually (phone or video) and in person from my office in Deming, WA.
