I offer individual counseling to adults (18 and older). I’m only offering remote sessions at this time (phone or video).

Individual Counseling

I work individually with adults and adolescents (14 and older) both in-person at my office in Deming, WA and remotely via phone or video (Teletherapy).

My rate is $165 for a 60 minute session.

I currently accept the following insurance through the online platform Headway: Oscar Health, Oxford, Aetna, United Healthcare, and Cigna.

Covid-19 considerations

Everyone has their own comfort level around exposure risks and, should you choose to work with me in person, I will talk with you personally about your needs and mine. Please feel free to ask any questions you have and make any special requests. Your safety and comfort are important to me and I’ll do my best to honor your needs.
